Hydra facial balm made at home.

  Today hydra facials are in high demand and affective too . But they are too expensive.  But  taking a hydra facial from a good beauty salon is more effective because they have different equipment to do it more iffectively. But I will tell you some home remedies to get the benefits of hydra facial at home . This time I am telling you a method to make hydra facial balm,  but Ingredients needed in it you have to buy them . You can get them online easily.  * First thing I am using in this hydra facial balm is beeswax.  1. Malai kofta , a curry to which everyone will love .

 


Preparation time : 20 min

cooking time : 20 min

dish prepared for : 5 person 

ingredients to make kofta balls : 

cauliflower grated : 1/2 kg

paneer ( cottage cheese ) grated  : 250 grm

Onion chopped : 2 

mozrella cheese grated : 1/2  cup 

cornflour according to the batter consistency or : 4 tbs 

red chillies : 1 tsp

salt as per taste 

milk as per the consistency of the dough.


Ingredients for gravy : 

Oil : 250 ml approx 

Onion big diced: 3 

Garlic cloves : 8-10

Ginger : 1 small peace 

Tomatoes  medium: 8-10 

Cashew: 12 pcs

Whole spices : 1/2 tbsp 

bay leaves : 2

Cream : 1 cup 

red chilly powder : 2 tsp

Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp 

Salt as per taste 

Whole spices powder : 1/Tsp

Shahi paneer masala powder : 1 tbsp 

Tomato ketchup : 1 tbsp 

kasoori methi : 1 tbsp 

Coriander leaves : few as per choice 

cashew nuts , raisins : 1 cup 

method to prepare the curry : 

Add cauliflower, cottage cheese,mozrella cheese , chopped onions , corn flour, red chillies powder, salt as mentioned in the ingredients and mix them well.

Now add milk in the bowl and make a soft dough of it.

Apply some oil in your hands and make small bolls from that soft dough .

Now add oil in a pan and heat it , when oil gets heat up put the bolls into the oil carefully and fry the bolls golden brown.

put them aside.

roast all the whole spices on the tava  (griddle ) and keep them aside.

cut the upper part the stem part of  all  tomatoes and put them in the pressure cooker with cashew nuts in  water and boil them until soft. switch off the gas and let them cool down.put them in a plate and remove the skin of all the tomatoes. put all tomatoes and cashew nuts in your mixer and make a fine tomato puree . 

put ginger and garlic in the mortar and make a fine ginger garlic paste. 

Now put onion in the oil and fry them until it turns golden brown and put them aside until cool down. now put the fried onion and rosted whole spices in the mixer jar and grind them to fine paste. 

fry some cashew nuts and rasin in ghee  (clarified butter ) and put aside.

Now heat up the oil again and add onion fried paste in it and fry until golden brown. it will turn golden fastly coz we had fried onion already.

add ginger garlic paste in it.

add red chillies powder and turmeric powder in that  fried paste and and mix well. add little water and cover it with a lid on simmer gas and leave for some time until it leaves oil . 

Now add tomato puree we made with tomatoes and cashew nuts , mix it well , now add salt as per taste, garam masala, Shahi paneer masala as mentioned in the ingredients. add cream readymade or mede by milk at home. again cover it with the lid and leave it on simmer gas until the all spices gets properly mix in the paste and gets properly fried until it leaves oil again. 

Now roast the kasoori methi ( dried Fenugreek seeds leaves) on a tava (griddle) and put them in the gravy and mix well. 

add fried cashew nuts and raisins and mix it well too . 

put all the cottage cheese balls we made in the gravy , add water as per your choice of consistency and let it boils properly. now the paneer malai kofta curry is ready to be eaten. garnish it with coriander leaves. can serve it with chapatis , parantha or rice . 

can serve it with bundi raita , a dip made of curd and tiny fried gram flour balls .
